Planted in 2013 and grown in  respect of nature in the Heights of Joshua Tree, California.
The grove is composed of a variety of olive trees such as arbequina, picholine, cailletier, aglandau and lucques, watered by drip irragation, grown without any chemical fertelizer and pesticide free.
